Clarksville Imaging Center is the only Tennessee State Licensed Outpatient Diagnostic Center in Clarksville, TN. CIC opened its doors in 2002 and we maintain our mission to be the leader in the community by offering high quality, caring diagnostic radiology services, while anticipating and meeting the priority health needs of our patients in a pleasant outpatient setting.
Radiology Associates, a team of Board Certified Radiologists serving Clarksville since 1969, provide interpretation services for all of our Imaging Modalities. They bring with them specialty training in Neuroradiology, Interventional/Vascular, Musculoskeletal Radiology and Nuclear Medicine..
Clarksville Imaging Center offers the area's first and only OPEN MRI technology. Our Siemens Medical Solutions MAGNETOM Espree features a bore opening of nearly 2.3 feet in diameter and almost one foot of free space between a patient’s head and the magnet. The Espree also features the shortest 1.5 Tesla magnet available. Approximately four feet long, the magnet allows more than 60 percent of exams to be completed with the patient’s head outside the bore, helping to ease claustrophobia.
Other new technology offered includes the Siemens Somatom Emotion CT scanner. The new ultra fast CT scanner provides the use of high performance spiral CT allowing for a faster, more accurate diagnosis while reducing the patient's x-ray dose.
In addition to OPEN MRI and CT services, our clinic also provides Phillips Ultrasonography. Our Ultrasound technologist has acquired advanced level certifications in Abdomen, Obstetric, Gynecologic and Vascular Ultrasonography.
Our technologists have more than 35 years combined experience.
Office hours are Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
